The CMRC is a federally incorporated not-for-profit organization under the Diocese of North America and Europe. It was incorporated on August 14, 2019, under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and is a registered charity in Canada (No. 775902331 RR 0001).

The Council of the Mar Thoma Parishes in UK and Europe (COMPE) is a Charitable and Non-profit Organization in UK and Europe, headquartered at Hounslow, Middlesex, United Kingdom. It reaches out to support & organize Programs that enable vulnerable and marginalized children across the globe to grow and develop to their full potential.
